Player Disclaimer & Facility Rules

Welcome to Elev8 Indoor Golf. When booking or entering the facility, you and your guests agree to follow the rules and terms outlined below. These policies ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for everyone. The person making the booking is responsible for communicating these rules to all guests — including children — and ensuring full compliance during their visit.

1. Assumption of Risk

Golf involves inherent risks, including contact with clubs, balls, equipment, turf, and other participants. By using the facility, you and your guests acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks of injury or damage that may occur. The booking client accepts responsibility for their guests’ conduct and safety.

Elev8 Indoor Golf, its owners, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence by any participant.

2. Facility Conduct

  • Maximum 4 people per bay at all times.
  • Only registered users or approved guests may enter the facility.
  • The booking client is responsible for ensuring all guests — including children — follow these rules.
  • No food or drink near hitting areas.
  • No swinging clubs outside of designated hitting zones.
  • No golf shoes with metal spikes. Regular treads provide excellent traction on our turf.
  • Bring your own clean clubs and unmarked white balls only — no logos, ink, or colored balls.
  • Please clean your clubs and balls before play; a commercial sink is provided for this purpose.

Session time & extensions

Be respectful of everyone’s time: please wrap up within your reserved booking window.

  • If you need more time, please call us at least 15 minutes before your session ends.
  • Computers are automated to end sessions and shut down once the booking time (and short buffer) expires.
  • Extensions are not automatic — we’ll check availability and send you a quick link to pay for any approved extension.
💡 Pro Tip: Add a 30-minute add-on when booking to give yourself a little buffer so you can wrap up without feeling rushed.

3. Equipment Care

The hitting screens, turf, and mats are premium materials designed for durability and injury prevention. Damage caused by misuse, disregard of rules, or improper swings by you or your guests may result in charges for repair or replacement.

4. Personal Responsibility

You certify that you and your guests are physically able to participate and will use the equipment as intended. If anyone experiences discomfort or pain, they should stop immediately.

By playing, you agree to release and hold harmless Elev8 Indoor Golf, its owners, and affiliates from any liability for injury or property damage arising from your or your guests’ use of the facility.

5. Access & Security

  • Member and guest access is managed via secure QR credentials and camera systems.
  • Unauthorized entry, sharing access codes, or letting unapproved guests in may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  • The facility may be monitored remotely for safety, security, and rule compliance.

6. BYOB & Behavior Policy

  • BYOB is permitted in moderation.
  • No glass containers are allowed inside the facility.
  • Disorderly conduct, intoxication, or damage to property by you or your guests will result in immediate termination of access and possible charges.
Scheduling & Timing

7. Booking & Timing

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
  • Members can book up to 10 days in advance; hourly packages up to 7 days; takeovers/events up to 15 days in advance.
  • Please book at least 2 hours in advance for member sessions and 6 hours in advance for public or package-based bookings to allow us to prepare the facility.
  • Last-minute bookings without notice may not be accepted.

8. Acknowledgment

By booking or entering Elev8 Indoor Golf, you and your guests confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed on this page. You understand that Elev8 Indoor Golf operates as an unstaffed facility, remotely monitored for safety and compliance, and that your access may be revoked if these rules are not followed.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer and these facility rules on behalf of yourself and all guests in your party.
